In 2020, the Kontaktcenter solved 75% of the queries about Helsingborg city and had around 200 000 contacts with residents. Martin explains the issues they deal with, how to get in touch and when/where to find them.
Due to the pandemic, we are currently conducting all our interviews over Zoom.
